2型糖尿病患者血清GLP-1与C肽、血糖的相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨初诊的2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者体内的胰升糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)变化以及与血糖、C肽的关系。方法未接受降糖药物治疗的初诊2-DM患者27例为实验组,健康体检者31例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测空腹及早餐后2h血清GLP-1;采用放射免疫法(RIA)检测空腹及早餐后2h血清C肽;采用氧化酶法检测空腹及早餐后2h血浆血糖。结果两组间空腹及早餐后2hGLP-1、血糖、C肽均存在显著差异。GLP-1与血糖呈负相关,与C肽呈正相关。结论对于初诊2-DM患者来说,内源性GLP-1的分泌是低下的,刺激胰岛素分泌的作用也是低下的,倘若给予一定量的外源性的GLP-1,刺激胰岛素的分泌,就能起到降血糖作用。 Objective To explore the variety of the serum GLP-1 in the type 2 diabetes mellitus (2-DM) of newly diagnosed and healthy man, and the association of GLP-1, C-peptide and the serum glucose. Methods 27 cases of 2-DM subjects of newly diagnosed who didn't accept the therapy of hypoglycemic medicine were experimental group. 31 normal health people were as control group. To ex- amine the limosis and 2h postprandial the serum GLP-1 by using the Enzyme-Linked-Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), to examine the limosis and 2h postprandial the serum C-peptide by using radiological immunization assay (RIA), and to examine the lirnosis and 2h postprandial blood glucose by using oxi- dase methods. Results There were significantly differences in GLP-1 ~ C-peptide and blood glucose for the limosis and 2h postprandial between in 2 groups. GLP-1 has correlated positively with C-peptide, and correlated negatively with the blood glucose Conclusion For 2-DM patients of newly diagnosed, endocrine GLP-I's secretion is in a low standard , and the function which stimulates insulin is also lowly. If give the extraneous GLP-1 to stimulates the secretion of insulin , it can reduce the blood glucose level.
