摘要
目的：介绍一种新的双侧唇裂修复术延长前唇的唇肌功能整复法。方法：自１９８０年以来应用该法治疗１４６例，详细描述了手术步骤。结果：本法保留了较多的唇部组织，术后唇肌功能恢复较好，前唇延长较多，张力降低，唇弓、唇峰、唇珠形态自然美观。结论：本法定点设计简单、合理，术后静态及功能效果满意，值得推广应用。
Purpose:A modified bilateral cleft lip(BCL) repair method,which is called prolabium elongation and orbicularis oris functional plasty, was introduced in the article.Method:146 BCL patients were operated on with this method since 1980 and the whole procedure with typical cases was described in detail.Results:After operation,the muscle function was rehabilitated,the prolabium was extended and intensity was reduced,the form of lip was natural and satisfactory.Conclusions:this cheiloplasty was simple designed,scientific and worth popularizing.
