摘要
黑龙江垦区是我国重要的商品粮基地之一,每年需要种子总量约30万t,而每年需要玉米种子大约4万t。为了提高种子质量适应农业生产的高速发展,建立先进的种子加工厂是非常必要的。玉米种子加工生产线的设计中降低加工过程中的种子破碎损失是比较重要和难以解决的问题,但通过对设备细致的选型可以使种子破碎率损失降到很低。在本次设计中,对种子加工生产线的总体设计和工艺流程的选择提出了合理的技术方案,特别是在设备的选型和生产成本核算、经济效益分析等设计内容做出全面的分析,并设计出符合生产要求的10t·h-1的种子加工生产线。
Heilongjiang reclamation area is one of China's major grain production bases, the needs of total annual seed is about 300 000 tons and the annual needs of seed is about 40 000 tons of maize seeds. To improve the quality of seeds for the rapid development of agricultural production, the establishment of advanced seed processing plant is very necessary. Corn seeds productive lines in the design process to reduce processing losses are more important and broken seeds intractable problems, but through the meticulous models of equipment that can be reduced to a very low loss rates broken seeds. During the design of seed processing production line, design and technological choices made technical program reasonable, especially in equipment and production costing models, cost-effectiveness analysis design elements make comprehensive analysis, the final design for the production of 10 tons per hour of seed processing production lines.
