摘要
以黑曲霉SD16为出发菌株,经紫外线和N+注入诱变处理,选育高产β-葡聚糖酶菌株。结果表明:紫外线的最佳照射时间为10min,N+最佳注入剂量为70×2.6×1013N+/cm2;突变高产菌株AN1的β-葡聚糖酶酶活由出发菌株SD16的493.2U/mL提高到902.5U/mL,且突变菌株AN1经传5代培养,产酶性能稳定。
Aspergillus niger SD16 as an original strain mutated by UV and ion implantation treatment to select high β-glucanase enzyme production species.The study indicated:the optimum irradiated time was 10 min and the optimum implantation dose was 70×2.6×10^3N^+/cm^2;The activity of β-glucanase of mutated strain Aspergillus niger AN1 was raised from 493.2 U/mL to 902.5 U/mL,and the characteristics of enzymes production in Aspergillus niger mutant AN1 kept stable by 5 times subculture.
