摘要
把汽车制动器的制动蹄板、制动鼓及摩擦片作为一个整体进行了研究,真实地模拟了制动器的工作过程,利用SAP5程序对其整体进行了应力计算,从而求得制动蹄板的应力及应力分布。解决了由于制动蹄摩擦片表面压力分布很复杂,且目前不能精确计算出摩擦片麦面的压力分布,而使制动蹄板的强度计算难以进行的问题。并以某制动器厂生产的双向自增力式制动器为例,计算了其应力并分析了其应力分面情况,根据计算的结果分析了它的安全情况,根据计算的结果分析了它的安全系数,并从强度的角度分析了其结构的合理性。
The brake is studied as a whole, including brake drum, friction lining and brake shoe link. The stress of the brake shoe is calculated by means of finite element method. According to calculating result, the stress distrubution on the brake shoe link is analysed and it's satety coefficient is also studied. The problem of complicated calculation of the stress of brake shoe link caused by the complex application pressure of brake shoe assembly has been solved.
