摘要
很多电气设备中,使用着不同的液体绝缘材料,用于改善电气设备的绝缘状况统称绝缘油,有效的检测它的绝缘性能是保证许多电力设备安全的重要手段。本文从硬件、软件设计及运行方式等方面介绍了一种新型的基于可编程控制器(PLC)的绝缘油耐压测试系统,这种测试系统体积小、重量轻,方便携带到现场测试,而且还提供了更多的运行方式和与计算机通信的功能。
Different liquid insulating materials in a lot of electricity equipments, used for improving an electricity equipment＇ s insulating condition are known as insulating oils. Examining its effective insulating functions helps to assure the safety of many electric power equipments. From the hardware and the realization and circulating way of software design, this text introduces a kind of new test system of insulating oil pressure proof, which is based on PLC. This kind of testing system is of small size, light weight and convenient carrying. It provides more functions on working modes and compunication.
