摘要
针对桥式起重机常见的故障,提出了基于无线收发芯片nRF401进行无线传输的桥式起重机安全监测系统。该系统由主梁安全监测子系统、电气控制安全监测子系统、电动葫芦安全监测子系统、钢丝绳断丝检测子系统组成。各模块与数据处理中心之间的通信通过nRF401来完成,通过RS-232完成与上位机的通信。该系统具有人机界面友好、保护功能完善、可靠性高等特点,并具有一定的自诊断功能。
Aimed at crane＇s usual troubles, a research on security monitoring system for crane based on wireless transmission CMOS chip nRF401 was presented in this paper.This system was composed of girder security monitoring subsystem, electric controlling monitoring subsystem, elecgourd monitoring subsystem, broken wires checking subsystem.Communitication between data processing center and every module was completed through nRF401.then DP center did the same thing to the computer through RS-232.This system had good effect on communication between people and computer, good protecting function and high security.It can be also used to diagnose in some degree.
