复明片对白内障大鼠血清及晶状体中BUN含量和ALT活性影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究复明片对白内障大鼠血清及晶状体中尿素氮(BUN)含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性的变化。方法采用脲酶-Berthelot法对模型组、治疗组及对照组大鼠血清及晶状体中BUN含量进行检测。采用改良赖氏法对模型组、治疗组及对照组大鼠血清及晶状体中ALT活性进行检测。结果治疗组Ⅰ、治疗组Ⅱ晶状体中BUN含量明显低于对照组和模型组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。血清中BUN含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组Ⅱ晶状体中ALT活性明显低于对照组和模型组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组Ⅰ、治疗组Ⅱ血清中ALT活性明显低于模型组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论复明片可明显降低白内障大鼠晶状体中BUN含量,且能明显降低白内障大鼠血清及晶状体中ALT活性。 Objective To investigate the BUN content and ALT activity in cataract at serum and Lens by Fuming tablets. Methods The BUN content in serum and cens of the model group, treatment and control groups was detected by Urease- Berthelot method,while ALT activity in serum and Lens of the model, freatment and control group was delected by Laishi method. Results The BUN contemtin lens of treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was lower than that in control and molel group(P 〈0.01 ) ,but the BUN content in serum in three groups was no significant difference( P 〈 0. 05 ) ALT activity in lens of the treatment group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in the control group and model group,the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). serum ALT activity in treatment group Ⅰ ,the treatment group Ⅱ was significantly lower than the model group, there were significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Fuming tablets have significantly decreased BUN content in cataract lens,and can significantly reduce ALT activity the in the lens and serum.
