摘要
目的:探讨遂宁地区儿科护理投诉原因及其防范对策。方法:回顾性分析我院6年来60例儿科护理投诉。结果:护理投诉呈逐年上升趋势,投诉的原因:沟通障碍占21.7%,静脉穿刺失败占18.3%,医疗费用过高占18.3%,服务态度不佳占15.0%,患者管理不当占15.0%,护理差错占6.7%,医疗法律知识缺乏占5%。结论:增强服务意识,加强护患沟通,重视业务素质培训,把好护理质量关,密切关注高危因素,在护士和家长中普及法律知识,是当前降低儿科护理投诉的紧迫任务。
Objective: To investigate the suit causes of pediatric nurse and the precaution strategy.Methods: Sixty suits of pediatrics nursing in our hospital last six years were analysed retrospectively.Results: Nursing suits were rising year by year.Of all suit causes,21.7% were barriers of communication,18.3%were venepuncture failure,18.3% were expensive medical cost,15% were bad service attitudes,15.5% were patient management improper,6.7% were nursing errors,5% were medical law knowledge deficiency.Conclusions: It is urgent duty to cut down suit of pediatrics to enhance service consciousness,to strength-en communication between nurses and patients,to think highly of profession trainning,to check on nursing quality,to note high risk factors and to publicize law knowledge in both nurses and parents.
