摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的临床监护。方法:对153例重型颅脑损伤患者行系统护理,认真仔细地观察意识、瞳孔及生命体征变化,若有病情变化及时处理。结果:按GCS预后评分法评定,治愈109例,中残11例,重残2例,植物生存1例,死亡30例,无护理并发症发生。结论:伤后严密观察病情变化,加强基础护理,能有效的预防并发症发生,降低死亡率,提高治愈率。
Objective：To analyze the results of nursing care of severe craniocerebral injury patients.Methods：One hundred and fifty thyee cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were accepted systemic nursing care.Changes of consciousness,pupil and vital signs wereobserved carefully.When patient＇s conditions changed,suitable therapical methods were performed promptly.Results：According to the grading system of GCS,One and nine patients were healing well and thirty cases were dead.There were no complications to take place of all patients.Conclusion：Careful observe and intensive basic nursing after injury could prevent complications,improve cure rate and cut down mortality rate effectivly.
