摘要
目的:探讨在心脏瓣膜疾病手术治疗中,人工生物瓣膜置换术的手术配合。方法:从术前护理准备、器械物品准备、人工生物瓣膜准备、术中护士配合等方面进行总结研究。结果:经准确有效的手术配合,本组52例患者中,无1例出现因操作不当和配合失误引发的瓣膜人为损坏和患者死亡。结论:充分的术前准备、默契的术中配合、对生物瓣膜特点的正确认识是成功配合人工生物瓣膜置换手术的重要因素。
Objective：To investigate the nursing cooperation during artificial biovalve replacement.Method：We studied the preparation before surgery including the preparation of nursing、special equipment、artificial biovalve and the cooperation during the surgery.Result：After the accurate and effective cooperation during the surgery of 52 patient,no damaging of artificial biovalve occurred.Conclusion：Sufficient preparation before surgery and practiced cooperation during the surgery are very important factors of successful artificial biovalve replacement.
