摘要
通过对欧州4国的考察,进一步了解了当前世界风力发电的情况。介绍了风力发电的优越性、考察后的体会,指出了加快吉林省风力发电的作法。
Through investigation on four European countries,we further understand the recent situation about wind power generation in the world. The superiority of wind power generation and understanding after the investigation are here recommended. The ways to speed up the development of wind power generation in Jilin Province are indicated.
