摘要
目的:了解对社区糖尿病患者进行分组管理的效果,探讨社区医疗在糖尿病防治中的作用。方法:随机抽取某社区2糖尿病患者和糖调节异常者568名作为研究对象,采用回顾性队列研究方法,按5年内研究对象是否服从糖尿病分组管理分为糖尿病管理组和非糖尿病管理组,收集这5年后所有观察对象对糖尿病知晓情况,血糖控制状况及并发症发生情况以判断现行的社区糖尿病干预模式对糖尿病病人的影响。结果:社区糖尿病分组管理能够提高病人对糖尿病的知晓率,有效控制血糖,减少并发症的发生和提高生存质量。结论:现有社区尿病管理模式可改善糖尿病患者的预后。
Objective： We want to understand the effectiveness about the grouped management of diabetic patients in the community and explore the role of diabetic prevention and treatment In the medical community. Methods： we use Random 568 samples of the community 2 patients with diabetes or abnormal glucose regulation as a research subject and a retrospective formation method. That is, according to the investigated subjects whether they are divided into group of management subordinate or their non-diabetic countparts within 5 years, we collect the results about their knowledge about diabetes, blood glucose control and complications of the situation after these years＇ observation and judge the influence of current intervention models on the community patients with diabetes. Results： Community group diabetes management not only can improve the patients＇ awareness of diabetes, effectively control blood sugar, but can reduce the incidence of complications and improve quality of life as well. Conclusion ： Current community management can improve the prognosis of patients with diabetes.
