摘要
针对吉林省410t/h以上容量锅炉省煤器磨损速率差别很大的问题,通过对煤质、灰分、飞灰浓度、烟速等一系列影响磨损因素的调查分析,提出了降低省煤器磨损速率的措施。
Aimed at considerable difference of erosion speeds on economizers of boiler down to 410 t/h capacity in Jilin Province, through various investigation and analysis of factors affecting erosion ,such as coal quality,ash content,fly ash density,flue gas velocity etc,the measures to lower erosion speed on economizer are submitted.
