浸润性膀胱癌Bcl-2、Her-2表达与保存膀胱术后放化疗疗效的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 根治性膀胱全切术是浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方式，而近年研究认为，一部分浸润性膀胱癌患者采用保存膀胱手术的综合治疗，在保留膀胱功能的同时可达到与膀胱全切术相似的生存率，长期生存患者的膀胱功能良好，为了筛选出可从保存膀胱术后放化疗中获益的患者，实现浸润性膀胱癌的个体化治疗，
