常规方法干燥受潮的大型变压器一般需要15d的时间,而采用热油喷淋真空干燥方法,不但干燥时间短、见效快,还可节约大量能源。结合双辽发电厂的实例对其干燥原理、工艺、注意事项和判断依据做了详细论述分析,对大型变压器受潮的现场干燥尤为实用。
Time of 15 days is generally required to dry large luetted transformer with routine method. Applying of vacuum drying time,quick effect and much energy saving. Combied with the practice in Shuangliao P. P. the principle,technology,points of attention and criteria of drying are described and analysed in detail. It is particularly applicable for local site drying of large wettedtransformer.
