摘要
目的:探讨外伤性脑梗塞的临床诊断治疗。方法:回顾性分析32例外伤性脑梗塞患者的临床表现、诊断、治疗情况。结果:根据伤后1年时格拉斯哥预后评分,预后1分12例,2分5例,3分7例,4分5例,5分3例。结论:动态CT或MRI检查可尽早发现外伤性脑梗塞;对外伤性脑梗塞的治疗以多种药物联合必要时手术治疗为主要治疗手段。
Objective：To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment modality of patients with traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods：The clinical data of 32 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction was analyzed,retrospectively.Results：Estimated by the GOS scores one year after insult,12 patients GOS 1,5 patients GOS 2,7 patients GOS 3,5 patients GOS 4 and 3 patients GOS 5.Conclusin：Dynamic CT or MRI scanning might earlier diagnos the diagnosis of traumatic cerebral infarction.The treatment of traumatic cerebral infarctiona needed multi-modality strategy.
