摘要
目的探讨膀胱白斑临床特点及诊断与治疗方法。方法经膀胱镜检查及活检确诊膀胱白斑96例，均采用经尿道电切术治疗，其中14例电切后辅以膀胱药物灌注治疗。结果术后拔除导尿管后患者尿路刺激、下腹不适症状明显改善，随访3个月～2年，未见复发及恶变者。结论经尿道电切术及膀胱内药物灌注是治疗膀胱白斑和预防其恶变的有效方法。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of vesical leukoplakia. Methods 96 patients were confirmed by cystoscopy and pathological test, treated by tmnsurethral resection, and 14 of them were treated combined with perfusion of chemical. Results All patients had been followed up for 3 months to 2 years and no tumor recurred Conclusion The transurethral resection of vesical leukoplakia is useful.
