摘要
目的：探讨低温等离子射频消融治疗慢性肥厚鼻炎的效果。方法：自2003年10月～2005年10月选择下鼻甲肥大并对药物治疗无效的慢性鼻炎患者82例,鼻内镜直视下应用射频针在每侧下鼻甲消融治疗3～5个点,术后1周、1、3、6个月分别复查。结果：78例患者治疗效果满意,呼吸通畅;2例经第2次治疗后鼻塞症状消失,2例下鼻甲骨性肥大患者无效,经下鼻甲部分切除获治愈。结论：射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎,治疗简单,疗效较满意。该术式是耳鼻喉科一种新的微创技术,远期疗效有待观察。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods：Eighty-two patients characterized by chronic rhinitis with hypertrophic inferior turbinates and drug refractory,were chosen to ablate 3-5 points per inferior turbinate with radiofrequency needle under the endoscopy,then reexaminated in 1 week,1 month,2 months and 3 months after surgery.Results：Seventy-eight patients had satisfactory effect with easy and smooth breathing;in two cases the symptom of nasal obstraction disappeared after the second therapy,and 2 patients with osteal hypertrophy in inferior turbinate,but cured by partial inferior turbinectomy.Conclusion：Radiofrequency ablation was a convenient method with satisfactory curative effect in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.It was a new microtrauma technique in otorhinolaryngology,but still need to observe its longterm efficacy.
