摘要
建立了脂质血管生长因子（LAF）的乳化方法，并研究了乳化的脂质血管生长因子对小鼠腺细胞及ConA诱导的IL-2水平的影响。结果显示：MF能明显抑制小鼠脾细胞的增殖且降低IL-2的产生水平，而对照的皮下脂肪抽提物则无此效应。同时发现，乳化过程中加入的Tween-80有一定的细胞毒性。
A polarized method of lipid angiogenic factor was establ isbed. Witb this polarized LAF,mice splenocyte proliferation assay and ConA-induced IL-2 product ion were observed. The resultsdemonstrated that LAF could significantly inhibit mice spleen cell proliferation and reduce ColiA-induced IL-2 level. By contrast, LAF had no effect on the subcutaneous fat extract. We also found thereagents Tween-80 had a little cytotoxic effect.
