摘要
国际融资创新,表现为国际融资工具的不断创新,如国际信贷融资工具、国际股权融资工具、国际债券以及国际项目融资方式的不断演化;同时,伴随着国际融资工具的不断创新,国际融资模式由传统型融资模式转变为新型融资模式,亦即由表内融资向表外融资转变。国际融资工具和融资模式创新对商业银行表内业务和表外业务产生了一系列影响,与此同时,对传统商业银行发展模式提出了挑战。
The innovation of international finance refers to the continuous innovation of international finance instruments, such as the continuous evolutions of international credit finance instruments, international equity finance instruments, international bonds as well as international project finance instruments. With the continuous innovation of international finance instruments, the modes of international finance have ranged from traditional mode of finance to brand new mode of finance, that is, the international finance has changed from balance-sheet finance to off-balance-sheet finance. Such innovations have had a series of impacts on both the balance and off-balance sheet businesses of the commercial banks, and what＇s more,brought forward challenges on the traditional mode of the development of commercial banks.
