摘要
在分析了温度、压力诸因素与金刚石产、质量之间关系的基础上,提出了合理、高效的合成工艺方案,特别是在实施合成工艺方面,提出了见解和措施,并且收到了较好的实际效果。
Preferred selections of carbon piece, catalyst, lump pyrophyllite and conductive blockage play key role in enhancing the quality of manmade diamond. The assemblage of preferred materials and lump pyrophyllite should be strictly carried out .The synthetic process is the most important to high quality and quantity of diamond and must be based on the existing way .The way is characteristic of long heating and pressurization time, favourable to the complete growth of the crystal; manmade boost controlling, favourable to improvement of relationship between quantity and compete growth of the crystal. Some factors should be considered and regulated constantly such as temperature, pressure, time, power and speed as well as effect from environment during synthesized.In the synthetic course, the management model, taking basic technological process and worker as the basis, should be upheld. Then,the perfect unanimity between good synthetic technology and excellent diamond product can be achieved.
