江阴长江公路大桥南锚碇基坑的地基加固

Foundation Consolidation of Southern Anchoring Foundation Pit of Jiangyin Highway Bridge across Yangtze River

摘要 通过江阴长江公路大桥南锚碇基坑岩石地基加固施工的实践,叙述该基坑岩石地基加固处理的设计要求,以及岩石锚杆、预应力锚索的施工工艺、流程及技术要点等。 Located in the south bank of Jiangyin Highway Bridge , anchoring foundation pit is a giant engineering. In order to enlarge the bearing capacity, mainly tensile strength and increase mass srtength of rocks in anchoring foundation, three reinforced measures for the rock foundation including compaction grouting, anchored bar of rock and prestressed anchoring cable have been carried out. The paper introduces the application of later two methods. According to the geotechnical and gelolgic conditions, special designing requirements on the slope of foundation pit, reinforced foundation and drainage is drawn up to keep the consolidation of foundation. By conpatible with the designing requirements, selected consrtuction technology is percussion hole by pneumatic impact submersible boring hammer, hole circularly washedup by pneumatic cooling, installation of anchor bar and driving grout or pouring gront and intervening reinforced bars. So, related construction process are determined in term of technical requires such as model measurement, rig correction, formed hole, grout, installation of bar and anchor, driving and pouring and their protection. The inspection shows that the position error and tensile strengths of anchor pile are in accordance with the design and standards.
