摘要
图书馆服务工作中存在着重点用户服务。以此,结合图书馆重点用户价值,对到馆服务、一站式服务、个性化服务的重点用户服务模式逐一剖析,并提出需要注意的若干问题,以期对图书馆用户服务的拓展起到一定参考作用。
Important user service is one of the library services. This paper analyses the important user service mode of the library service,one-stop service and personalized service based on the value of important user. It puts forward many problems with a view of play a certain reference role to the expanding of library user service.
