摘要
介绍了烟化炉生产中采用传统吹炼法时存在的问题,论述了实施富氧吹炼的必要性和可行性,经过四个阶段的对比试验,通过控制不同的工艺参数对主要技术经济指标的影响,寻找理想的工艺条件应用于生产实践,取得了很好的生产效果。
The existing problems of fuming furance used in the production of traditional blowing is discussed, the necessity and feasibility of oxygen-enriched air coverting is also studied. After four-stage comparative test by controlling the different processing parameters on the main technology, the ideal technological conditions applied to production practice is found.
