摘要
处理学校体育伤害事故的焦点在归责和赔偿,通过对体育伤害事故的种类、原因、归责原则、如何赔偿等问题的分析,对处理学校体育伤害事故的归责及赔偿问题提出了建议。
The most important in dealing with injurious sport incidents lies in who takes responsibility for them and who compensate the victims. After analyzing the types, reasons, responsibility regarding injurious sport incidents, and how to compensate for injurious sport incidents, this paper makes suggestions for dealing with injurious sport incidents and compensation methods in schools.
