摘要
目的:观察益气化痰活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:采用益气化痰活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者120例,并与对照组单纯应用西医常规疗法治疗80例进行比较。结果:治疗组在心绞痛症状疗效及心电图疗效方面均优于对照组。结论:益气化痰活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛有改善心肌缺血,通脉止痛的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Benefiting qi to Dissipate Phlegm and Pro- mote Blood Flow on coronary Angina Pectoris. Method： 120 cases in the treatment group were treated by Decoction of Benefiting qi to Dissipate Phlegm and Promote Blood Flow, and 80 cases in the control group were treated by western medicine only. Result： It was better for the treatment group to ameliorate angina pectoris and electrocardi-ogram than the control group. Conclusion： Decoction of Benefiting qi to Dissipate Phlegm and Promote Blood Flow has the effects of ameliorating heart muscle ischemia and promoting blood circulation, and is worthy of generalization in clinic.
