摘要
丰洲的都心紧挨着临海部。本次设计项目重点在于把新设的办公楼与既存的高楼一体化的同时对局部加以整修。对临海部而言，必须确保珍贵的绿色资源，展示企业面对全球温暖化的姿态。与此同时，精心的景观设计给职员以及这地域的居住者舒适的自然环境，也为都市增添了魅力，从而提升整个街区的价值。
The aim of the project was to integrate the office building with the existing high-rise building and to upgrade the environment.
