摘要
目的观察舒泰清(聚乙二醇电解质散)和硫酸镁联用在术前肠道准备中的肠道清洁效果。方法选取结直肠癌病例114例,随机分为3组,A组采用舒泰清、B组采用硫酸镁,C组采用舒泰清和硫酸镁行术前肠道准备,观察患者末次排便、小肠瘪塌及切开结肠时肠腔清洁程度的情况。结果C组末次排清水样便的发生率为97.4%,术中小肠瘪塌率为89.5%,切开结肠的肠腔清洁率为92.1%。明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论舒泰清联用硫酸镁术前肠道清洁效果较好,适合于临床用于术前肠道准备。
Objective To investigate the effects of polyethylene glycol electrolyte combined with magnesium sulfate solution in colon preparation before operation on colorectal cancer. Methods 114 patients were divided randomly into A, B and C groups. Polyethylene glycol electrolyte in group A, magnesium sulfate solution in group B and polyethylene glycol electrolyte combined with magnesium sulfate solution in group C were used. The rates of water-like feces, empty of intestine and cleanness of colon were observed. Results The rates of water-like feces, empty of intestine and cleanness of colon in C group were higher than those in A and B groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Polyethylene glycol electrolyte combined with magnesium sulfate solution is more suitable for colon preparation before colorectal cancer operations.
