重度先兆子痫患者血清瘦素与可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶1的关系

摘要 目的探讨重度先兆子痫患者血清瘦素和可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶1(sFlt-1)的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测30例重度先兆子痫患者(观察组)和40例伴正常孕妇(对照组)的血清瘦素和sFlt-1水平,并计算血清瘦素/sFlt-1比值。以观察组血清瘦素/sFlt-1比值中位数为界点,将30例重度先兆子痫患者分为低比值和高比值组,比较两组BMI、平均血压和尿蛋白。结果观察组的血清瘦素、sFlt-1水平、比值、SBP和DBP均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.01(t=11.902,12.056,4.736,15.105,14.306)。观察组产妇血清瘦素与sFlt1(γ=-0.135,P=0.02)呈显著负相关,与BMI(γ=-0.628,P=0.142)无相关性。高比值组的BMI、平均血压和尿蛋白水平明显高于低比值组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.01(t=2.694,2.813,5.992)。结论重度先兆子痫患者血清瘦素和sFlt-1密切相关,可能共同参与了先兆子痫的发生、发展。 Objective To investigate the association between serum leptin and soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase 1 (sFh-1) in severe preeclampsia. Methods ELISA method was used for the measurement of serum leptin and sFlt-1 levels between 30 cases of severe preeclampsia (observation group) and 40 healthy pregnant women (control group), and the ratio of leptin to sFlt- 1 was calculated. On the basis of the median value of the above ratio as a cutoff, 30 cases of severe preeclampsia were divided into the low and high ratio groups, and their levels of body mass index (BMI), mean blood pressure and urinary protein. Results The levels of the serum leptin, sFh-1, ratio, SBP and DBP were markedly higher in the observation group than in the control group, showing signficant differences between two groups, all P〈0.01 (t=l 1.902, 12.056, 4.736,15.105,14.306 respectively). The serum letpin of the observation group was inversely related to the sFh-1 (~ =-0.135,P=0.02),but not to BMI (~ =-0.628,P=0. 142). The levels of BMI, mean blood pressure, and urinary protein were considerably higher in the high ratio group than in the low ratio group, with signficant differences between two groups, all P〈O.01 (t=2.694,2.813,5.992 respectively). Conclusion Serum letpin proves to be inversely related to sFh-1 in severe preeclampsia, and both of them can participate in the development and progression of the disease.
