摘要
目的针对临床难治多发病痉挛型小儿脑瘫,探索一种简、便、验、廉的新的治疗方法。方法通过分析痉挛型小儿脑瘫的治疗现状,结合临床实践提出选择性脊柱推拿疗法的新思路和新方法,并阐明其作用原理及实施步骤。结果选择性脊柱推拿疗法具有既注重整体,又兼顾脊神经及局部肢体功能康复的特点,疗效确切,可操作性强,患儿依从性好。结论选择性脊柱推拿疗法值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate a new therapic method which is simple, convenient, effective and inexpensive in order to treat the children patients with spastic cerebral palsy,a kind of common and hardly treated disease. Methods Reviewed the progress of treatment of the children patients with spastic cerebral palsy, integrated the therapic practice, and proposed a new theory and method,which was named selected spinal manipulative therapy （SSMT）, and elucidated its procedure. Results The SSMT has characteristics with integrated therapy of the overall and the partial of the patients bodies, and emphasizes the recovery of spinal nerves and Limbs function. The SSMT also has other advantages such as good effect, simple operation, and good compliance. Conclusion The SSMT may be worthy to be used in the treatment of the children patients with spastic cerebral palsy disease widely.
