摘要
目的通过对30例抗HIV阳性患者用艾可清胶囊联合HAART治疗的临床观察,评价艾可清胶囊治疗艾滋病的疗效及安全性。方法发病期30人在进行HAART治疗的同时加用中药复方艾可清胶囊,分别记录单独使用HAART治疗时,加用艾可清胶囊治疗6个月时,加用艾可清胶囊治疗12个月时的症状体征积分,卡洛夫斯基积分,HIV病毒定量,CD4细胞计数,并检查肝功能、肾功能、血常规以评价艾可清胶囊的有效性和安全性。结果30例患者中,有2例依从性差而脱落,另28例完成12个月的治疗。通过自身前后对照,28例患者用艾可清胶囊联合HAART治疗6个月时和12个月时,其CD4计数、症状体征积分、及卡洛夫斯基积分较加用艾可清胶囊治疗前有显著性差异(p<0.05),加用艾可清胶囊治疗后HIV病毒定量有下降,但无统计学意义(p>0.05),所有患者治疗前后未见血常规、肝功能、肾功能明显异常变化。结论艾可清胶囊能有效缓解患者的症状,提高机体免疫能力,提高CD4计数,但对降低HIV病毒定量不明显。未见明显的肝肾损伤和毒副作用,但艾可清胶囊的用药安全性还需进一步观察。
Objective To appraises the curative effect and the security of Aikeqing capsule to treat AIDS through the clinical observation of Aikeqing capsule unites the HAART treatment to 30 cases of anti-HIV masculine patients.Method 30 peoples on the period of disease while carry on the HAART treatment to add with traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription Aikeqing capsule. Register separately the plasma HIV virus quota, CD4 cell counting, and the routine blood test, liver function, kidney function and their symptoms and signs were evaluated by the established evaluation criteria including scores of symptoms and the quality of life were valuated by Karnovsky score before and after the treatment of 6 months and 12 months, that to appraise the validity and the security of Aikeqing capsule.Result in 30 cases of patients, some 2 cases were cast off because bad compliance, another 28 cases completel2 month-long treatments. After 12 months＇ treatment , the CD4 cell count , scores of symptoms and scores of Karnovsky have distinct difference compared by themselves cross-refer （p〈0.05）. Although the plasma HIV virus quota has the drop, it has non-statistics significance （p 〉0.05）.All patients have not seen obvious exceptionally change of the routine blood test, the liver function, the kidney function after 12 months＇ treatment.Conclusion Aikeqing Capsules can alleviate patient＇s symptoms effectively, sharpens organism immunity ability, enhances the CD4 counting, but to reduces the HIV virus quota not to be obvious. It has not seen the obvious hepatorenal damage and the poisonous side effect, but the security of Aikeqing capsule need a further observation.
