超细粉煤灰对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 利用电厂低品位热能为动力,对低等级粉煤灰进行粉碎,通过对掺高效减水剂的水泥净浆流动度及流动度损失的测定,研究不同细度的磨细灰对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响。采用Zeta电位试验分析了超细粉煤灰细度对水泥浆体带电性能的影响。试验结果表明:超细粉煤灰对水泥和高效减水剂的相容性有明显的改善作用;粉煤灰细度越小效果越好,但过度细化会对相容性产生负面效应。不同细度的粉煤灰在去离子水中的Zeta电位值不同,粉煤灰所带电荷的绝对值越大,分散均化能力越强。 The power plant low-grade heat energy is used to smash the low grade fly ash.The low grade fly ash is taken as the primary data and carried on the powder with the superheated steam jet mill to prepare different degree of fineness fly ash.The influence of different fineness fly ash on compatibility of the superplasticizer and cement is investigated by testing the fluidity loss of cement pastes containing the superplasticizer added.The influence of fineness to the charged performance of cement hydromass with the Zeta potential experiment is analyzed.The results show that increasing the fineness of ultra-fine fly ash improves the compatibility of the superplasticizer and cement to different extent, the lower of the degree of fineness fly ash, the better of its effect, but the fly ash excessive refinement will have the negative effect to the compatibility.The Zeta potentia in deionized water is different with the different degree of fineness fly ash, and the scattered homogenizing ability is stronger with the electric charge absolute value to be bigger.
