摘要
合理用药是医院药事管理的核心内容之一,是衡量临床用药水平的重要标志。患者对药物治疗的要求越来越高,由此引发的医疗纠纷也越来越多。医院应从药物、临床医师、护士、药师、患者等多方面加强监管,提高业务水平,增强法律意识,重视患者知情同意权,促进合理用药,有效减少医疗纠纷的发生,建立和谐的医患关系。
Rational drug use is one of the core elements in hospital pharmaceutical management, which is also an important index for level of clinical drug use and management. The patients are demanding more on medication, which is leading to more and more medical dissensions. This article focuses on the reasons from the aspects of drugs, clinical doctors, nurses, pharmacists and the patients. The hospital should strengthen supervision, improve service, promote awareness of law, and attach importance on the patients informed rights so as to improve rational drug uses, reduce medical dissensions and help to build a harmony relationship between medical staff and the patients.
