摘要
为培养适应地方经济建设的创新型人才,加强实践教学环节是关键。本文以"高等教育法"为依据,按"举办者","管理者","办学者"三方各自应履行的权责,阐述其思路并介绍我们的一些做法。
In order to bring up the innovative talents which adapt the local economic construction, the key problem is to strength the experiment teaching. In this paper, according to the " organizers ", " superintendent " and " operators " of their respective responsibilities, some ideas and our practice are introduced based on the "higher education" law.
