摘要
作为西部地区的独立学院,由于受到经济和教育的双重影响,发展相对滞后。如何克服先天的不足,利用办学的地缘优势,是摆在西部独立院校面前的一个重大问题。本文以独立学院的人才培养体系为例,阐述人才培养体系的研究,探索出一条实现精英教育向大众教育的转变之路。
Since the start of independent colleges, it has shown great vitality and broad development space. However, as an independent college in the western region, due to the dual economic and educational impact of development, it is lagging behind. How to overcome the inherent lack and use the school＇s geographic advantage is a major problem on the west front of an independent institute. This paper, as an independent college personnel training system, a case on personnel training system of research, explores how to achieve elite education to mass education changes in the road.
