摘要
合成了固体超强酸SO4(2-)/TiO2,并将其作为催化剂用于乙酸苄酯的直接酯化合成。考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间、带水剂用量及催化剂重复使用次数对酯化率的影响。结果表明:本文所述催化剂与硫酸,对甲苯磺酸相比,不仅制备方法简便,活性高、易分离、无污染而且可多次重复使用。
The Solid super-acid SO42- /TiO2 has been prepared and used in the esterified catalytlc synthesis of benzyl aretate. The relationship between esterfrcation ratio and reaction conditions, Such as the amount of catalyst uaed, the molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol, the reaction time, the amount of azeatropic dosage and the reusability of catalyst,has been investigated. The results show that this catulyst, as compared with the sulfuric acid catulyst and p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid catalyst, has not only the aduantages of simplicity in preparation, good acliuity easy isolation and less pollution, but also a much better rewabilily.
