摘要
从合作竞争理论入手,阐明合作竞争的特点并对合作竞争环境下情报体系的构建和实现进行分析,提出建设性意见。
The paper begins from the theory of competition and cooperation, expounds the characteristics and analyzes the construction and realization of intelligence system under the environment of competition and cooperation, and further more puts forward some constructive suggestions.
