摘要
高职新生出现课程性学业困难的主要原因除了高职生这个特殊群体的特点外,高职新生在心理准备、学习动机、学习方式和学习环境等方面的适应障碍以及不良风气的影响等也是造成高职新生课程性学业困难的重要原因。对此,一方面应从教育管理角度加大管理力度、加强学习目标和动机教育,做好新生学业指导;另一方面,从教学角度对教师的自身素质、知识结构和教学策略也提出了更高要求。
Nowadays, new vocational students have difficulty_in academic courses. Besides the characteristics of this special group of students, the main reasons lie in the fact that these new students cannot adapt themselves to new learning environment very well in psychological preparation, and learning motives and they are vulnerable to unhealthy tendency. Therefore, on the one hand, education on new students" learning objectives and motives should be strengthened from the aspect of educational management; on the other hand, higher requirements should be set for teachers" quality, knowledge structure and teaching strategies from the aspect of teaching.
