摘要
对藏北当雄平均海拔4200m以上的高寒草甸优势种高山嵩草种质资源进行了群落组成、生长发育特性、繁殖特性、种子发芽率、牧草品质等方面的试验研究。结果表明:高山嵩草植株矮小,平均株高2.5cm;生长缓慢,5月中上旬返青,10月初枯黄;营养价值较高,粗蛋白含量超过野生豆科草类的花苜蓿,属于优等牧草,但产量较低,适合夏秋季家畜放牧、抓膘利用。高山嵩草种子在当年采收存放3个月后,发芽率为0,用5%浓度的NaOH溶液处理后,发芽率可达到14%。
Community composition, growth and development characteristics, reproductive characteristics and forage quality of germplasm resources of Kobresia pygmaea were studied. The results showed that Kobresia pygmaea grew slowly, got green in May and started dormantperiod in October; Kobresia pygmaea was excellent forage with high nutritional value but low yield; its seed germination percentage was improved to 14% after treatment with 5%NaOH.
