摘要
本文讨论了铜带生产过程中的厚度在线测量与控制原理及方法。其中包括：测量的基本原理、测量装置的结构、传感器与测量电路的原理、单片机的信号处理与控制等。该方法不仅可用于铜带生产的在线测量与控制，也可推广到其他金属薄带以及非金属材料的厚度测量与生产过程控制。
The thickness measuring and controlling principle and method in copper plate rolling on line are discussed including the basic principle in measuring, the structure of instruments, the sensor and its amplifier,the signal proceeding of single chip micro computer and so on. The method is not only applied to the measuring and controlling in copper plate rolling on line, but also in other metal plate and non metal material.
