摘要
时代的发展要求高等院校财务人员必须具备更高的管理能力和技术水平。因此,高等院校财务人员必须不断加强学习,不断更新知识结构,努力提高综合素质。文章针对目前高校财务人员素质现状,提出了如何加强高校财务人员素质培养的措施。
Times development demands the financial officers in college must have a higher level of technical and management capacity. Therefore, they must continue to learn, to update their knowledge structure and improve overall quality. The article gives the proposed countermeasures for the quality of the current financial status .
