摘要 熔盐体系的物理化学性质对熔盐电解有很大影响,以LiF-ScF3-ScCl3为电解体系,对其物理化学性质进行研究。通过添加不同含量的氧化钪分别测定了其对电解质的密度、初晶温度和电导率的影响。结果表明,氧化钪的添加有助于降低电解温度,且不会对电解质的密度和电解质电导率产生很大影响。本工作旨在研究电解体系中添加氧化钪对其物理化学性能的影响,为电解铝钪合金的电解质体系的选择提供理论依据。 The salt melt system' s physical chemistry character has very big effect on salt melt electrolysis. Using the LiF - ScF3 - ScCl3 as electrolyzing system, the paper studies its physical chemistry character. By adding in different content' s Se203 respectively, determined the effect of them on the first crystal temperature, density and conductivity of the electrolyte. The experiment shows that it' s useful to low down the electrolysis temperature when Sc203 is added, When Sc203 is added into the electrolyte, the density of the electrolyte won't change obviously, and also the conductivity. The paper aims at studying the physical chemistry character of adding Sc203 into electrolysis system, and providing theory basis to choose aluminium scandium alloy electrolyte system.
