摘要
回转式空气预热器是大中型电站锅炉上广泛采用的尾部换热设备,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点,由于漏风的存在,既影响了锅炉的热效率及其风量的供给,又增加了锅炉通风机械的功率消耗,使发电煤耗和供电煤耗增加。提出了空气预热器漏风防治的10条思路。
Rotary air preheater is heat exchange equipment widely used in large and medium-size power boiler at the rear. The fatal shortcoming of the equipment is high air leakage factor. The leakage air not only influences the thermal efficiency of boiler and the supply of air flow, but also increases the power consumption of the draft fans, and this leads the increase of both grass and net coal consumption rate. Ten of ideas for prevention and control of air leakage of air preheater were proposed in this paper.
