摘要
介绍了施工项目管理及施工质量管理的基本概念,阐述了施工进度控制在项目管理中的地位和作用,分析了影响工程进度的因素,提出了加强进度控制需要解决的关键问题,论述了如何进行进度计划的检查和评价。
Basic concepts of construction project management and construction quality management are introduced as well as the status and roles of construction progress control acted in project management. Factors influencing engineering schedule are analyzed, at the same time key problems should be resolved to strengthen progress control are proposed. In the end the checking and evaluation of scheduled plan are discussed.
