摘要
采用熔融共混方法制备聚乳酸/改性淀粉复合材料。研究了不同含量的马来酸酐接枝共聚物对聚乳酸/改性淀粉复合材料力学性能的影响,并且采用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的微观结构进行分析。结果表明,马来酸酐接枝共聚物的加入改善了聚乳酸与淀粉的相容性,提高了复合材料的力学性能,添加量为0.5份时复合材料的拉伸强度提高了61.6%,断裂伸长率提高了53.1%,弯曲强度提高了104.7%,同时还能提高复合材料的热变形温度和耐水性;改性淀粉与聚乳酸两相紧密连接。
The PLA/starch composite was prepared by melt blending. The effects of different content of MAHC resin on the mechanical properties of the composites was investigated. It was found that the addition of MAHC resin could improve the compatibility of PLA and starch, and the mechanical performances of the composites, when the content of MAHC was 0.5%, the tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength increased 61.6%, 53.1% and 104.7% respectively. The addition of the MAHC could also improve the anti-water property and vicar softening point of the composites. The mierostructure of the blends was investigated through thermal analysis(DSC) and microscopy(SEM).
