摘要
松筒纱产品经常存在染色色差和织造性能差的缺点。以83dtex/38f松筒纱为例,通过对加工工艺及成型工艺的探索,结果表明:使用合适的补偿压力、正确消除设备缺陷、调整成型参数及使用合格的筒管,能将松筒纱产品密度差异控制在0.04g/cm3以内,染色及使用性能满足需求。
The colour difference in dyeing and poor performance in weaving are the problems for soft package yarn. Some key points of making soft package yarn were discussed in this paper. With suitable winding pressure, fight bobbin formation parameters and quality bobbin tube, the 83 dtex/38 f soft package yarn with satisfying dyeing and unwinding performanee were sueeessfully made.
