摘要
政民和谐是社会和谐的晴雨表。构建新型政民关系,对于建设社会主义和谐社会、建立服务型政府、发展社会主义政治文明、推进行政管理体制改革有着十分重要的意义。目前我国政民关系中存在诸多问题。在构建和谐社会的过程中,应加强政府自身建设,培养公民的参与意识和能力,加速第三部门的发展和成长,完善监督机制,以促进我国新型政民关系的构建。
Government and citizens harmony is a barometer of social harmony. Construction of the new relations between the gov- ernment and citizens, regarding the development of a socialist harmonious society,the establishment of a service government,the development of the socialist political civilization, and promoting the reform of the administrative system ,have very important significance. At present , China＇s relations between the government and citizens have many problems. Therefore,in the process of building a harmonious society, the government should strengthen its own construction, trains citizens＇ sense of participation and ability, aocelemtes the third department＇s development and growth, consummates the supervising mechanism, in order to promote China＇s new construction of relations between the government and citizens.
