摘要
近年来,国外农业合作社所面临的环境发生了变化,包括自由化的农产品贸易、经济活动的自由化、技术变革加快、农业工业化及消费者需求多样化等,这使农业合作社的发展面临着较大的压力。农业合作社只有进行自发地调整才能适应这种变化,才能保持竞争优势。农业合作社所做的适应性调整包括:持续的重组与并购、纵向垂直联合、运营机制多样化、经营国际化和筹资渠道的多元化等。这些措施被认为是农业合作社提高效率的有效途径,分析这些趋势与变革,对我国农业合作社的发展有借鉴意义。
The environment of agricultural cooperatives has been changed a lot in foreign countries, including the liberalization of the agricultural product trade and other economic activities, the increasing speed of technique change, the agricultural industrialization and the diversification of the consumers＇ demand. It makes agricultural cooperatives face a lot of pressures. Only through automatic adjustment can agricultural cooperatives adapt these changes, then keep dominant position in competition. In recent years, agricultural cooperatives have made some changes such as sustainable reconstruction and M＆A, vertical integration, diversification of operation mechanism, international operation and multidication of financing channels and so on. In all,these changes increase the efficiency level and market competition power of it, and then it can provide better and more efficient services to farmers.
