摘要
本文通过啮合理论的数学推导,证明圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿面上存在一类界限曲线,说明该种齿轮在加工中有可能发生根切,并导出了标准圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮不发生根切的最少齿数公式。
Limit curves of Type I are proved, through mathematic derivation of the mesh theory, to be existent on the face of arcuate-tooth gears, an existence indicating that undercuts may occur as such gears operate. A formula is developed for minimizing the number of teeth while avoiding undercuts
